The Diet...or Die trying

Well, I am on a diet. Yeah, I have gained 10lbs give or take 10lbs since I have gotten married, and I really need to loose it. So I have cut out all sugar and going Low Fat. It is tough, but going well. I would like to loose 20lbs by April. Danielle is really healthy, but I am just not good at eating right. Any good advice? Drop me an email.

John, Devin here. I came for deep thoughts and found a diet in progress;) I have found during my years of diet and exercise it is not about what you are eating (mostly) but about how much you eat. I usually try to only eat about 1/2 to 2/3 of what I wanted or what my meal is. Also, I commit to sweating hard for at least 30 minutes a day (sometimes a lot more). You can do it man. You are disciplined in many things (discipleship, studying, Bible reading, prayer) carry those habits over to your physical well-being.
